Returns & Exchanges

At Collars & Co., we want you to feel confident and sharp in your new attire. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
